Crystal has spent the last nine years working her way through the ranks at The Maids of Cleveland. Today as our operations manager, she reminisces about the days when she was a maid on numerous teams, promoted to team leader, and then field manager as well as when she developed our carpet cleaning and window washing services.

Tami has been with THe Maids since 2007, first starting off as a maid then to team leader and trainer focusing on tending closely to the customers needs and requests. She has 30 years in customer service including restaurants, retail, and real estate.
