Crystal Straus - Operations Manager

Crystal has spent the last eight years working her way through the ranks of The Maids Home Services of Cleveland.

Today as our operations manager, she reminisces about the days when she was a maid on numerous teams, promoted to assistant team leader, team leader, and then field manager as well as when she developed our carpet cleaning and window washing services.

Crystal now has the knowledge and experience to hire, train and schedule our numerous teams to follow in her capable foot steps. She welcomes the opportunity to come into your home to ensure all of your expectations are met.
